Before you buy six Premier Access passes,
settle these four things.
The headline: entering Fantasy Springs costs nothing extra. A Tokyo DisneySea ticket lets you walk straight in. The cost is the paid priority entry — Disney Premier Access — and because it is charged per person, per ride, your party size lands directly on the bill.

Point 1The height limit may mean you don't need six after all
At Fantasy Springs, only the Peter Pan attraction has a height requirement.
Only one ride requires 102 cm Official
Peter Pan's Never Land Adventure requires a height of 102 cm, and riding on a lap is not permitted. The Anna and Elsa, Rapunzel and Tinker Bell attractions have no height limit and do allow lap riding.
Four attractions, three sell Premier Access
Fantasy Springs has four attractions, but Premier Access is sold for three of them (Tinker Bell's Busy Buggies is not included).
Entry is no longer restricted
The Standby Pass system that used to be required has ended. If you are inside Tokyo DisneySea, you walk in like any other area. The question is not getting in — it is how you handle the queues.
Children 3 and under are free, if someone with them has bought a pass
Tokyo Disney Resort states officially that guests aged 3 and under may use Disney Premier Access free of charge, provided an accompanying guest has purchased it.
- Premier Access can only be bought one per park ticket in the first place. Children 3 and under don't need a park ticket, so they are outside the purchase system entirely
- The same applies to Premier Access for parades and shows: a child of 3 or under watches on a lap or in the same space as the accompanying guest
- If two of your six are 3 or under, you buy four passes
You buy one at a time — three cannot be held at once
"Premier Access for all three attractions" is not something you can arrange on the spot.
The next Premier Access becomes available 60 minutes after the last purchase, or once its start time has passed — whichever comes first. It cannot be bought from outside the park; you buy it in the app after entering (official Tokyo Disney Resort information, August 2026).
With small children, use the rider swap service
Tokyo Disney Resort runs a rider swap service: two or more guardians take turns accompanying the child, and it is available at every attraction that has usage restrictions. One turn per person. Speak to a cast member with your park tickets before joining the queue. Note, however, that if you use rider swap on an attraction with Premier Access, everyone riding needs their own pass.

With that settled, what do six passes cost
All three Fantasy Springs attractions cost ¥2,000 per person, per ride.
Premier Access elsewhere in the parks runs ¥1,000–2,000, and some are cheaper (Monsters, Inc. and Haunted Mansion are ¥1,000). For parades and shows it is ¥2,500. Prices change, so check the actual amount in the app on the day.
The realistic approach is not to pay for everything. Narrow it to the one ride your children most want, and six people costs ¥12,000. Queues vary enormously between attractions — on the same day, one can be at 140 minutes while others sit at 30. Check live wait times in the official app before deciding what to pay for: for a big family, that is the sensible order.

With up to ¥36,000 riding on Premier Access for six, the tickets themselves need to be certain.

- Tickets go on sale about two months ahead (each day at 14:00, the same date two months later is released)
- Besides the official website and app, you can buy at the Disney hotels and at some travel agencies and convenience stores
- Paying by credit card requires 3-D Secure enrolment. If authentication fails, the official guidance is to try again or use a different card. Bring more than one card
- The official site allows up to 10 tickets per purchase. Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of plans
Secure six park tickets
The ticket booths are suspended — you cannot buy at the gate on the day. Once your dates are set, lock them in.

Avoiding the busiest weeks
The 2026 event dates are confirmed.
- Disney Halloween — 16 September to 31 October 2026
- Full costume entry permitted — 15–30 September and 16–31 October (not 1–15 October). There are no changing facilities inside the parks
- Disney Christmas — 11 November to 25 December 2026
- Haunted Mansion "Holiday Nightmare" — 15 September 2026 to 7 January 2027
In these weeks, rooms for six and park tickets sell out at the same time. For a big family, securing the hotel first and then fixing the date is the safer order.

Premier Access is genuinely useful, but the cost and the constraints bite harder the more of you there are.

Can we buy six Premier Access passes in one go?
No. It is one purchase per park ticket. Register everyone's ticket in the app before entering, then specify the number of people on the purchase screen.
Can we buy Premier Access before entering the park?
No. It cannot be bought from outside the park; you buy it in the app after entering. The next one becomes available 60 minutes after your purchase, or once the start time has passed, whichever comes first.
Do children aged 3 and under need their own Premier Access?
No. Guests aged 3 and under may use Disney Premier Access free of charge, provided an accompanying guest has purchased it.
Can we buy without the app?
The app is the standard route, but the official guidance states that guests without the app, or without a card, can purchase at the facility.
